Thomas Rhett, Kip Moore Playing Trackside Music Festival

A Canada Day country music festival that drew thousands of people to London this past July is returning for a second year.

The Western Fair District, in partnership with Live Nation, Budweiser Gardens, and the London Music Hall, announced the headlining acts for the 2017 Trackside Music Festival on Wednesday.

The two-day outdoor concert will be held at the Western Fair District on July 1 and 2.

American country music singer and songwriter Thomas Rhett will headline day one with Canadian country music star Dallas Smith. Rhett is best known for his number one hit singles "Die a Happy Man" and "Crash and Burn."

Headlining day two of the festival is American country singer and songwriter Kip Moore with American country music duo Brothers Osborne.

Festival officials say additional supporting acts for both days will be announced in the coming months. The full lineup for the Sidetrack Stage which features homegrown country music acts will also be announced sometime in the new year.

Tickets for the festival go on sale on Friday at 10am with early bird tickets available for $119.50 until Monday at 10pm.
