UPDATE: London Police say Matthew Larkin has been located and is safe.
London police are asking for the public's help in finding a missing 30-year-old man.
Matthew Larkin was last seen Tuesday around 5:30pm in the area of Oxford St. W and Woodward Ave. He is described as a white male, 6', 200lbs, with a medium build, brown hair, and a full beard. He was wearing a black puffy winter jacket, black running shoes, blue jeans, and perhaps a Toronto Maple Leafs cap.
