Charges have been laid after a stabbing in north London left a man in hospital.
London police say two men were in the area of Adelaide St. N and Regent St. around 6pm on Monday when they became involved in a dispute. During the altercation one of the men was stabbed several times. He was taken to hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
Police arrested a 23-year-old man at the scene.
George Grebenchan is charged with aggravated assault.
Police are reassuring the public this was not a random attack as the victim and accused knew each other.
