Middlesex OPP were called to Nairn Rd. and Centre Rd. in North Middlesex after two vehicles collided around 2:30pm on Thursday.
Police say two people suffered serious injuries, with one being airlifted to hospital while the other was taken by ground ambulance.
Motorists are being asked to find an alternative route around the intersection as police investigate the cause of the crash.
