Drugs Thrown From Vehicle

London police say drug trafficking charges have been laid after a man was allegedly spotted throwing drugs from a moving vehicle.

As part of a cocaine trafficking investigation, officers raided homes on Bateman Trail and Sovereign Rd. on Wednesday. Police say a vehicle took off from the Bateman Trail residence and refused to stop. According to police, the driver was seen tossing drugs out the window before he was arrested without incident.

A quantity of crack cocaine, hydromorph, marijuana, and Canadian money was seized.

A 40-year-old London man is charged with several offences including possession for the purpose of trafficking and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle.
