The London Majors have had a long rest since they swept the Guelph Royals in the Intercounty Baseball League quarterfinals August 9, but they'll be hitting the field again Friday night.
The first-place Majors will face the fifth-place Toronto Maple Leafs in the IBL semifinals. The Maple Leafs are coming off a Game 7 win over the Brantford Red Sox in ten innings on Wednesday night. The Brantford-Toronto series had to postpone three games due to rain.
Game one is tonight at Labatt Park with the first pitch scheduled for 7:35pm.
The semifinal schedule is as follows:
