Majors Beat Cardinals

The Hamilton Cardinals weren't able to do much with their bats against Cory Hammond on Sunday.

The London Majors pitcher gave up just one hit in six and two-thirds innings as the Majors beat Hamilton 6-5.

Hammond did struggle with his control though, as he walked nine Cardinals batters. Byron Runyon finished the game for London, giving up no hits in two and one-third innings.

London's offence was led by RJ Fuhr, Michael Ambrose and Byron Reichstein. Each had two hits and knocked in a run as the second-place Majors improved to 24-9
