Police have found a missing elderly London man in a wooded area in the city's south-end.
Christopher Featherstone, 70, was located severely dehydrated and in need of medical attention around 7:45pm on Thursday. He was found five hours after London police, the London Fire Department, and members of the Upper Thames River Conservation Authority began searching a wooded area southwest of his last known location, near Wellington Rd. and Commissioners Rd. E.
Featherstone had been missing since 4:30pm on Tuesday. Both police and family said they were concerned for his welfare.
Police are crediting the collaborative efforts of all agencies involved for returning Featherstone to his family and bringing a successful conclusion to the investigation.
