A 24-year-old man has been charged with manslaughter in connection to a suspicious death investigation in Woodstock.
The Woodstock Police Service says the body of a 48-year-old man was discovered in the area of Tecumseh St. on Wednesday. His identity has not yet been released.
On Thursday around 3:30am, police arrested and charged Flavius Miron of Woodstock in connection with the death.
The Woodstock Police Service Criminal Investigations Branch and the Forensic Identification Unit remain at the on scene and are still investigating.
Miron will appear in a Woodstock courtroom for a bail hearing on Friday.
