John Sorrenti had last been seen in the area of Quebec St. and Dufferin Ave. around 1:30am Tuesday.
Police said they were concerned for Sorrenti's well-being. Around 9:30 on Tuesday night, police announced Sorrenti had been found.
The Gateway Centre of Excellence in Rural Health has received a $5,000 donation from Goderich Legion 109.
