Woodstock police were forced to pull their guns on a man wielding a hatchet in a drive thru.
Police say a man was seen swinging a hatchet while pacing back and forth in the drive thru of a business on Norwich Ave. around 2:30pm Friday.
When officers arrived on scene they saw what appeared to be a handgun in the waist of the man's pants.
As a result, a 33-year-old Woodstock man was arrested at gunpoint and is charged with weapons offences.
Police say further investigation revealed the handgun was a BB gun.
No one was injured during the incident.
