The Knights took a 2-0 lead in the first period and held a 3-1 advantage in the second. London scored another two unanswered goals in the final frame to top off the win.
Matthew Tkachuk, JJ Piccinich, Owen MacDonald, Christian Dvorak and Mitchell Marner all scored once for London.
The Knights will now advance to the OHL Championship to take on the Niagara IceDogs.
