The Knights scored a 1-0 lead in the first period and extended it to 3-1 in the second. London scored another two goals over one from Saginaw to take the win in the third.
Matthew Tkachuk led London with two goals, while Cliff Pu, Max Jones and Christian Dvorak each had one.
The Knights return to the ice on Wednesday to take on the Flint Firebirds at 7pm.
