The Knights took a 2-0 lead in the first period and scored another two unanswered goals in the third for the shutout win.
Christian Dvorak led the Knights with two goals, while Aaron Berisha and Mitchell Marner each had one.
London also out shot Flint 37-24.
The Knights will face the Peterborough Petes next on Thursday at 7:05pm.
