The Otters took a 2-0 lead in the first period and extended it to 4-1 over the Knights in the second. London was able to score once more in the third, but fell behind even further after Erie scored twice for the win.
Evan Bouchard scored both goals for London.
The Knights will take on the Windsor Spitfires next on Saturday at 7:05pm.
