Boy Bit By Dog

London police are looking for the owners of a small dog after it bit an eight-year-old boy on the weekend.

Around 3pm Sunday, a man and a woman were walking a dog on Glenora Rd. at Glengyle Cr. when the dog went up to a boy playing on a front lawn, and bit him on the leg. The man and woman spoke with the boy but did not speak to his parents.

Police say the dog was small and possibly a Dalmation. The man is described as a white male with black hair and a slim build. The woman had shoulder length brown hair.

It's hoped they can be found so the vaccination history of the dog can be verified.

Anyone with any information is asked to call London police at (519) 661-5670 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477). Information can also be sent in on-line anonymously to www.londoncrimestoppers.com.
