The London Lightning were defeated 106-104 in a close game against the Niagara River Lions on Sunday.
Despite leading the River Lions for the first three quarters, London lost the game after Niagara made a comeback in the fourth frame.
Tyshawn Patterson led the Lightning with 25 points, while Stephen Maxwell added 23 points and eight rebounds. Kevin Loiselle also scored 17 points.
The loss puts London at 1-1 in the season.
The Lightning play their next game at home on Tuesday against the Windsor Express.
