Chatham-Kent OPP were called to Rondeau Park just before 6:30am Thursday, where they found a Chrysler vehicle partially submerged in the bay. Inside the vehicle was the body of a man.
He has been identified as William Lloyd Steeper, 77.
Police say they don't suspect foul play.
