In the first two periods, the Knights took a 3-2 lead over the Greyhounds, but scored another four unanswered goals in the final frame to ensure their win.
Mitchell Marner led London with two goals, while Max Jones, Olli Juolevi, JJ Piccinich, Matthew Tkachuk and Brandon Crawley scored the other five.
The Knights will take on the Owen Sound Attack on Friday at 7:30pm.
