NDP Leader Tom Mulcair in London. August 26, 2015. Federal NDP Leader Tom Mulcair will host a rally at the London Convention Centre this Sunday. It starts at 12:30pm on Saturday, October 3. Mulcair will visit a total of five communities that day while on the campaign trail. The rally is open to the public. This is the leader's second visit to London during the federal election campaign.
