A 22-year-old Middlesex Centre man is facing an arson charge after police were called to a burning building on Oxbow Dr.
Investigators say a rural property on Oxbow Dr. was deliberately set on fire around 4pm on July 29.
The OPP's Crime Unit, Forensic Identification Services and the Fire Marshal deemed the fire to be suspicious.
Police arrested and charged Justin Waugh, 22, with arson yesterday.
He has been released from custody and will appear in a London court on August 13.
