Jr. hockey wrap-up – November 30, 2018

The Leamington Flyers are riding a six-game win streak after defeating the St. Marys Lincolns 5-2 on Friday.

Wyatt O'Neil, Dylan Weston, Adam Jeffery, Colton O`Brien and Josh King each scored once for Leamington.

The Flyers are back on home ice on December 6 to face off against the Chatham Maroons. The puck drops at 7:10 p.m.

And in Junior C hockey, the Dresden Kings topped the Lakeshore Canadiens 4-3 in overtime.

Brendan Ritchie scored the game-winner for Dresden in OT, while Eric Carter, TJ Saunby and Lucas Spence all scored a goal during regular play.

Matt Teno, Hunter Bailey and Dylan Bradley scored the three goals fro Lakeshore.

The Canadiens will look to bounce back on Sunday when they take on the Admirals in Amherstburg at 7 p.m. And then on December 7, the Kings are in Dresden again to face to the Admirals at 7:30 p.m.

The Toronto Blue Jays lost 7-6 in 10 innings to Tampa Bay. The Kitchener Rangers are OHL champions.
