Jarrett Tazzman led the Vipers offense with three goals, while goalie Stewart Dershahn made 28 saves to get the win.
Austin Bentley scored Sarnia's lone goal.
LaSalle takes on Stratford this Friday in the season opening GOJHL showcase tournament in London.
