The Flyers drew first blood with a goal in the first period, and held on to a 2-1 lead at the end of the second. Another goal from Leamington 3:39 into the third ensured their win.
Matthew Opblinger was lead scorer for Leamington with two goals, while Liam Hogan had one.
The two teams travel to London on Monday for Game 4 at 8:30pm.
