After a four-game win streak, which saw them beat the league's top team twice, Windsor's stumbled with back-to-back losses against Niagara and Orangeville.
The Express are 4-3 in seven meetings with the River Lions this season.
Last Friday's meeting with Niagara at the WFCU Centre ended in a 104-81 loss.
