In Junior A playoff action, the Kingsville Kings beat the Halton Ravens 9-2 to take a 1-0 series lead on Friday.
Devin Darrah led the Kings with a hat-trick, while Zack Zulkanycz and Branko Oktavec both scored two goals.
The Kings and the Ravens are back on the ice on Sunday at 7pm for Game 2.
