Tom McHenry scored the opening goal of the game for the Lincolns, but goals by Scott Emerson and Joe Urbanic in the second period was enough to win the game for the Flyers.
Elsewhere in the GOJHL, the LaSalle Vipers travelled to Sarnia and beat the Legionnaires 3-2.
