Pan Am Torch Relay festivities in Tecumseh Park (Photo by Jake Kislinsky)Ridgetown's Christopher von Martels and his dressage team will be competing for more than just a Pan Am Games gold medal this weekend.
Only the top team will qualify for the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro.
Von Martels is entered in the small tour portion of the competition along with Brittany Fraser from New Glasgo, Nova Scotia.
Team medals will be handed out on Sunday while the individual final is taking place Tuesday.
