A Tilbury woman charged with first-degree murder in the killing of her Tilbury roommate will have her trial in Chatham after all.
Kimberly Price, 55, is charged with murdering Henry Neudorf of Tilbury.
Price appeared virtually in Chatham Superior Court on Monday afternoon to have her November 9 trial transferred back from London to Chatham.
Her trial has also switched from a jury trial to a judge alone trial.
Price's November 9 trial is expected to last three weeks.
Price was released on bail in November 2025 and is under house arrest living with her surety, her cousin, in Northern Ontario.
Price is the mother of David Trealout, who was sentenced last week to life in prison with no chance of parole for 15 years after pleading guilty to second degree murder in September 2025.
Neudorf's body was discovered at the side of Townline Road, north of Maple Line in Dover Township on January 12, 2024.
