A transport truck travelling westbound collided with the median barrier, not far from the Tilbury OnRoute, on Friday morning.
The driver was taken to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Elgin Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) say the highway will be down to one lane for about an hour for cleanup.
