Handcuffs (Photo by Millar Hill)A 51-year-old Blenheim woman has been arrested and charged with assault following an intimate partner violence incident in Blenheim.
Chatham-Kent police allege a verbal argument between two people late Wednesday night escalated and one partner suffered cuts to their face.
It's the third reported assault in Blenheim this week.
The case is brought by Stephen Hill and Brad Carther, who were given a six month trespass notice following confrontations at council meetings
