A new month-long event has kicked off in Chatham, featuring the area's top mixologists and their most festive creations.
'Sip the Season: Holiday Edition' is the latest event coming from Doug Robbins, the creator of the summer's successful 'Tart & Soul Butter Tart Festival.'
"With Tart and Soul, the community showed up in a big way - families, foodies, locals, visitors. Everyone wanted more," Robbins said. "Sip the Season is our next chapter: a fun, festive, interactive way to explore Chatham's nightlife, support local businesses, and make some holiday memories."
The new event invites the public to taste their way through Chatham's most festive cocktails and mocktails. Guests are encouraged to visit participating bars and restaurants, sample exclusive holiday-themed beverages, and vote for their favourites.

• Mamma Maria's Ristorante
• Red Barn Brewing Company
• Suite No46
• Turns & Tales Board Game Cafe
"This is exactly the kind of fun, high-energy event people have been asking for," Robbins said, adding that Chatham's mixologists and venues are ready to shine.
The event runs from Friday, November 21, until Sunday, December 15.
Participants are reminded to have a designated driver or an alternate ride planned to get home safely.
