On September 14, officers responded to a house on McNaughton Avenue East after a reported family dispute.

Further investigations revealed that the man was in violation of his probation order, issued earlier this month, that prohibited him from possessing any weapons.
The man now faces several charges, including three counts of uttering threats, assault with a weapon, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, and failure to comply with his probation order.
The 33-year-old Chatham man was arrested Monday and has since been released with conditions and a future court date.
