Road rage incident leads to assault charges
A Windsor man has been charged with assault after a confrontation with a Chatham senior turned physical.
Chatham-Kent police were called to an address on St. Clair Road in Chatham just after 1:30 p.m. on Thursday.
According to police, two drivers got into a dispute while in their vehicles, and it continued when the pair pulled into a nearby driveway. Investigators determined that a 30-year-old man physically attacked a 74-year-old man, resulting in injuries.
The younger man was arrested and taken to police headquarters. He was later released with a September 29 court date.

Wallaceburg woman faces assault, breach charges
CK police arrested a Wallaceburg woman for allegedly breaching court conditions.
Police said the 43-year-old woman was caught on camera approaching a Wallaceburg home that she'd been banned from going to. Court conditions from a previous incident ordered that the woman stay away from the residence and not have contact with specific people.
At about 1:15 p.m. on Thursday, officers were called to that address, where the woman had reportedly confronted and assaulted one of those individuals.
The woman was arrested and charged with two counts of failure to comply and one count of assault.
She has been held in police custody pending bail.
