A 51-year-old man from Chatham-Kent has been charged with uttering threats after a disturbance at a Chatham bank.
Chatham-Kent police alleged the man became agitated and threatened a staff member of the bank on Lacroix Street in Chatham on Saturday when he was denied funds from an account with insufficient funds.

Harassment
A charge of harassment has been laid against a 46-year-old man from Erieau after Chatham-Kent police received a total of 30 calls over several hours on Saturday night.
Police alleged the repeated calls from the same number continued to the non-emergency line into the early morning hours on Sunday, adding the caller did not have a legitimate emergency to report.
Police said the suspect was arrested and charged at a home on Nichols Avenue in Erieau.

Impaired Driving Charge
Chatham-Kent police have laid an impaired driving charge against a 28-year-old man following a report of a driver needing help in Chatham.
Police alleged a driver was found to be intoxicated and failed a roadside screening test in the parking lot of a business on St. Clair Street in Chatham on Friday just after 4:30 a.m.
He was taken to police headquarters for breath samples and the results registered as 170 mg and 150 mg of alcohol in 100 ml of blood, according to police.
