The latest signing is rookie infielder Evan Morrison. The 22-year-old from Mitchell played for the University of Waterloo last year, hitting .307 with 17 stolen bases.

Pitcher Sam McKinlay is back with the Barnstormers. The right-hander from Tilbury pitched 34 innings in 17 games last season, finishing with a 5.82 Earned Run Average (ERA).

Second baseman Anthony Polowick is returning for a second season. He had 14 Runs Batted In (RBI) in 85 at-bats at his first IBL season.

Left-handed pitcher Eric Pettipiece returns for the 2025 season. The 20-year-old struck out 22 batters in just 41.2 innings last summer.

Also back are first baseman Trent Sillett and outfielder Spencer Morin. Three other players re-signed earlier in the offseason.

Chatham-Kent will open the 2025 IBL season at home on Saturday, May 17 against the Kitchener Panthers.
