No injuries during house fire near Ridgetown

A fire has severely damaged a home near Ridgetown.

Chatham-Kent Firefighters were called out to a home on Scane Road around 11:45 a.m. on Saturday.

Photos shared by the CK Fire Department on social media showed large amounts of smoke coming from the building.

Fortunately, no one was injured.

The CK Fire Department didn’t share how extensive the damage was, however, one of the photos showed multiple charred windows.

The exact cause of fire is currently unknown.
