UCC, CCHS competing at OFSAA

A pair of local volleyball teams are ready to compete at the provincial championships.

Ursuline College (UCC) is at the 'AAA' boys Ontario Federation of School Athletic Association (OFSAA) tournament in Kingston after winning the SWOSSA title.

The Lancers are ranked 9th and play two round-robin games on Thursday at 1:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.

UCC will play two more games on Friday at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. with playoffs to follow.

Chatham Christian High School (CCHS) is hosting the Boys 'A' tournament. Games are taking place at the St. Clair College HealthPlex, CCHS, and UCC.

The Flames are ranked 7th after winning SWOSSA last week. They'll play three round-robin games on Thursday, at 10 a.m. at CCHS, 1 p.m. at the Healthplex, and 4 p.m. at CCHS.

CCHS will then play one more on Friday at 1 p.m. at the Healthplex before the playoffs.
