Seven St. Clair Street businesses targeted by overnight break-ins

Chatham-Kent Crime Stoppers is putting out a call for tips after a series of overnight break-ins along St. Clair Street in Chatham over the weekend.

And they are willing to pay cash for the information.

CK Crime Stoppers says Chatham-Kent police responded to a series of commercial break-ins in the area of St. Clair Street that all took place overnight on Saturday, August 24.

Investigators said the following businesses were targeted:

- Pedro's Barbershop -- approximately $1,000 worth of stolen property and damage

- Magicuts -- approximately $1,000 worth of stolen property and damage

- Speedy Glass Chatham -- unknown amount of stolen property and damage

- Pet Food Warehouse -- unknown amount of stolen property and damage

- Valvoline Express -- unknown amount of property damage

- Maple City Art Gallery -- unknown amount of stolen property and damage

- Pizza Pizza -- approximately $1,000 worth of stolen property and damage

Chatham-Kent Crime Stoppers is looking for tips that can help them to identify the person or persons who might be responsible for the break-ins.
