Copper wire stolen from wind farm

Chatham-Kent police are investigating a break and enter and theft at the Talbot Wind Farm.

Sometime last Wednesday, July 10th, unknown suspects cut open the fencing around the wind farm on Kenesserie Road in the former Howard Township.

Copper wiring was stolen. Police say the total loss, including damages to the facility, was $12,000.
