Three Oaks Cabin will host its annual Hard Miles Run and Walk on Saturday.
The second annual event starts at 10 a.m. and will be held in Mitchell's Bay Park.
Funds raised will support respite and mental health resources for individuals in farming and first responder communities.
The respite cabin in Florence welcomed its first guests in May and recently received a $25,000 grant to support its mental wellness programing.
It was built by the Bergsma family in memory of their son Dalles, a farmer and member of the Dawn Euphemia Fire Department, who died by suicide in 2020.
About 160 people attended the inaugural run and raised about $15,000.
