The first-ever CK Recreation's Family Day event in Chatham has sold out.
The Family Fun Factory is set to take place this Monday, February 19 at the John Dr. Bradley Convention Centre.
"There's lots of thrilling activities for the whole family," said Taylor Schmidt with CK Rec. "Some of our activities include inflatables, mini glo-golf, scooter race track, face painting, crafts and more.
Heather Metcalfe with CK Rec said spaces filled up fast. There were 1,500 spots available, but as of Saturday morning, the event was full.
"Pre-registration is required for this event, it's $2 per person," said Metcalf. "We do have limited spots available, but register online at www.chatham-kent.ca/recreation."
Metcalfe added that this is their first time putting on a big event for Family Day.
"We wanted families to have the chance to come out, get active, participate in some fun activities, and we thought that would be a great day to get everybody out."
The Family Fun Factory runs from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m.
