Man arrested for disobeying release condition
A 34-year-old Chatham-Kent man was found living at an address he was not legally not supposed to be at.
The man arrested and released in October last year with a condition not to attend an address on Homestead Drive in Tilbury.
Police said the man was living at the address, which breached his release conditions.
He was arrested Monday and charged with failing to comply with a release order.
The man was taken to police headquarters and was set to be held there pending a bail hearing.

A drunk 23-year-old arrested after an accident
Emergency crews responded to a single motor vehicle collision on Water Street in Wallaceburg Monday evening.
A 23-year-old Port Lambton man was arrested for driving a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
Chatham-Kent police said the 23-year-old had a blood alcohol concentration above the legal limit.
He was arrested and transported to police headquarters for breath tests and charged with having a blood alcohol concentration exceeding the legal limit.
He was released with conditions and a future court date of July 17, 2023.

Traffic stop yields a suspended driver with a stolen car
A late-night traffic stop on Monday at Victoria Avenue in Chatham led to an arrest of a 40-year-old Chatham man whose driver's license was suspended.
Police said the vehicle did not have a valid license plate, and the car was stolen. Officers found methamphetamine and fentanyl in the man's possession.
Officers said the man refused the exit the vehicle and struggled with the police while being arrested.
The vehicle was towed and placed under a 45-day hold.
The man was taken to police headquarters and charged with driving while prohibited, resisting arrest, theft of a motor vehicle, possession of stolen property over $5,000, and two counts of possessing a controlled substance.

A Hydro pole was replaced after being struck
A vehicle struck a hydro pole Monday afternoon on Base Line between Bush line and Kings Ferry Line in Camden Township.
Police said the driver and lone occupant did not sustain any physical injuries.
Officers said the hydro pole required replacement.
