Dresden man turns himself into police custody 

Chatham-Kent police say a 43-year-old man contacted police just after 2 p.m. on Friday and turned himself in.

Police said he had an outstanding warrant for a surety relief and flight from police.

He was transported to headquarters and held for bail.

Chatham man arrested for outstanding warrant, possession of controlled substance

A 38-year-old Chatham man is facing several charges after he was located by police early Saturday morning.

Police said the man, who was wanted by police, was arrested on outstanding warrants for assault causing bodily hard, assault, and breach of conditional sentence order.

During a search, police also found a small amount of Fentanyl, which resulted in an additional charge for possession of a controlled substance.

He was held for a bail hearing.
