Man already convicted of criminal harassment charged with it again
A 34-year-old Chatham-Kent man is in more trouble with the law after he allegedly harassed a woman he had been ordered to stay away from.
Chatham-Kent police said the man, who was previously convicted of criminal harassment, was under a probation order to stay away from a specific woman.
Despite that, he allegedly showed up at the woman's residence at 6:15 p.m. Wednesday and didn't leave when he was told to go away.
When police caught up with him, he was arrested and charged with one count of criminal harassment and two counts of failing to comply with a probation order.
