CK Ontario Health Team looking putting call out to local organizations

The Chatham-Kent Ontario Health Team is looking for local organizations to partner with.

In December 2019, The Ministry of Health announced the Chatham-Kent Ontario Health Team as one of the first Ontario Health Teams in the province. The goal of the health team is to provide a  more streamlined approach for residents by bringing together healthcare organization partners as well as social services, and community support agencies.

The Chatham-Kent Ontario Health Team is now expanding its membership with an open call for additional partnership members to advance work within its strategic plan.

The health team will be hosting an information session webinar for interested partners to learn more about possible membership.

The webinar will take place over Zoom on January 20 from 12 p.m. until 1 p.m.

Applications for membership are due to info@ckoht.ca by January 31.

A video recording of the first information session is also now available by visiting The Chatham-Kent Ontario Health Team website.
