Chatham man charged with impaired driving
A 17-year-old is facing an impaired driving charge after being stopped by police on Bloomfield Road in Chatham.
Police said they located the vehicle and arrested the man for driving while under the influence of alcohol.
The man was taken to police headquarters for further tests which revealed that he was nearly three times over the legal limit.
He was charged and released with a future court date.

Pair arrested and charged for driving a stolen vehicle
Two people are facing charges after they were found riding around in a stolen vehicle on Michener Road in Chatham.
Police said they stopped the vehicle early Monday morning and learned that the vehicle was reported stolen on August 26.
A 36-year-old Chatham man and a 37-year-old Chatham woman have been charged with possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000.
They were released pending a future court date.

Woman charged after using stolen credit card at Chatham business
Chatham-Kent police have arrested and charged a 22-year-old woman after she tried using a stolen credit card at a business in Chatham.
Police said they found the woman shortly after they received the tip Sunday afternoon.
The woman was arrested and later released with a future court date.
