Man charged for violating court condition

In early March, a Dresden man was released from court with several conditions, including one that required him to stay in his residence unless he was accompanied by his surety and another that banned him from driving.

According to police, officers learned Sunday evening that the man had left his residence in a vehicle after getting into an argument with his surety.

The 32-year-old man was later arrested at a Dresden residence without his surety.

He was charged with two counts of failing to comply with his release conditions and was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
