Chatham man accused of breaching conditions

A 34-year-old Chatham man is in more trouble with police after he allegedly breached his release conditions by showing up at a specific person's home.

Police said the man was released from court at the end of November last year and at that time, he was ordered not to communicate with the victim or show up at their residence.

Officers said at around 6 p.m. Monday, they learned that the man had allegedly breached both of those conditions, so he was arrested and charged with failing to comply with his release order.
