A 26-year-old Tilbury man is facing more charges after he allegedly showed up at a specific Tilbury woman's residence even though he wasn't supposed to communicate with her or attend her home.
Police said those were two of the conditions of his release in October of last year.
Officers said despite those conditions, they allegedly found the man inside the woman's home on Tuesday after they were notified that he had shown up there.
Police said their investigation also showed that it was not the first incident of domestic violence in their relationship.
As a result, the man was charged with two counts of failing to comply with his release conditions along with several domestic-related offences.
